Connect with My Heart

ResizedHKalivodaWakeUpCoverI have not blogged for a while, as for over a month my computer was giving me a grief. The moment came when I picked up the phone and ordered a new computer. After a few days, my old computer started behaving again…

Was it a mater of letting go and stopping to fret over an uncooperative technology, as I decided to make my purchase? Perhaps. I like the way it turned out after all. Now we have 2 working computers and I do not have to wait my turn.

As I experienced ups and downs over the last few months I kept reminding myself that we always are taken care of and that all happens for a reason. I kept on reminding myself to be grateful for what I have, instead of worrying about what I do not have. I have allowed myself to connect with my heart, instead of fretting and being upset.

And that brings me to my today’s topic – our heart vs. our mind. The following is an excerpt from my “mini-book” about the heart:

“Your heart is the first organ that develops in your mother’s womb. The heart is fully formed at 20 days and begins beating at 21 to 22 days in order to pump blood, and deliver nutrients and oxygen throughout your body.

Your heart, as a physical organ, has a counterpart in an etheric heart, which is in charge of the physical heart. This etheric heart connects to your planetary heart and links all the way to Spirit and God. It pumps your blood. It makes you love. It acts as a connector between your physical and spiritual aspects.

You come into this world with a fully open heart, but your heart may eventually succumb to being close when it is challenged repeatedly. Your heart, as a pump, will still be well equipped to support the biological life of your body, but the heart that is your divine connection will wait, poised and eager, for you to understand that without a warm, kind and loving heart, you will not be able to fully remember who you are.

A life based in the heart may not be the life you had ever thought of living. However, once you understand that the heart’s role is to support you not only physically, but also mentally and spiritually, then you will adhere to your heart’s guidance. It will lead you to live by the highest principles of your life: love, respect, compassion, kindness, appreciation, gratitude, and, above all, non-judgment.”
